Brenton Hayden
Produced by Brenton Hayden, CEO of 3 local companies; Renters Warehouse (Minnesota’s largest residential property management firm in Minnesota) Pink Blue & Sexy Limousines (Minnesota’s most booked limousine service according to Limos.com). Brenton and his staff has handled over 1 billion dollars worth of real estate transaction in the past 6 years. Brenton currently manages nearly 140 million dollars of residential real estate and growing monthly! Some current accolades for Brenton also include the soon to be youngest franchisor in America, Young Entrepreneur of the year 2010 by Minneapolis St Paul Business Journal and Minnesota & Minneapolis current largest residential property manager.

Brenton wasn’t always in real estate, at age 19 he was named the Rookie of the year by Kelloggs (Cereal & Snack company) for his outstanding performance as a sales representative. Not only that, he was the 12 time territory manager of the month and 4 time territory manager of the quarter. Late in 2009, Brenton and his firm was also blessed with the official endorsement by non other than Mr. Glenn Beck. This was truly a honor as Mr. Beck prides himself on whom he supports and doesn’t support. For those who dont know who Mr. Beck is, he is the 2nd most watched person on television behind Oprah and the 3rd most listened to radio hosts behind names like Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity.

Co-host Peter Mork, a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 23 years of experience in brokerage, investing, and tenant relations. Peter brings a unique blend of education and commercial real estate experience to the show and always has a candid answer to each of your questions. He has worked on behalf of a variety of major developers, institutional owners, and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT’s), Peter and his team aggressively market properties and work with corporations looking for space or need help negotiating a renewal.

Jason Simek
Co-host Jason Simek has been on the front lines of commercail real estate in the Twin Cities working with tenants, landlords, developers, and institutional clients. Jason earned the distinguished “Rising Star” award in 2007 voted on by his piers in the Twin Cities commercial real estate industry as a result of his client focus and market knowledge. He has worked on behalf of major developers, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT’s), institutional owners, along with tenants who have space needs or want to renew their lease.
